Rachel Wiesner is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at The Bartolotta Restaurants since 2010. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Catering at Sodexo from 2007 to 2010 and as an Event Coordinator at Il Fornaio from 2006 to 2007. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, earned between 1999 and 2003, and received a certification in Floral Design from the Milwaukee School of Flower Design in 2009.
