Prior to this, Chris held various positions at Finatal, specializing in hiring data and analytics professionals for private equity and venture capital funds. Chris also has experience in recruitment, sales, and customer service roles. Chris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
