Chris is a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Digital and Corporate and Institutional Banking practices and is based in New York. Chris has spent nearly thirty years providing advisory services to clients in a wide range of areas including front office and mid and back office operational processes and systems, regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering, risk, stress testing, legal and audit and has a specific focus on non-financial risk including transformation and cyber risk.

As part of his digital transformation work for clients, Chris advises on scalable architectures, big data, advanced analytics, machine learning, process automation, public cloud, technology modernization, resiliency and change process management.

Chris has also founded, grown and run several large companies, and at numerous times in his career has managed large, global organizations. Prior to re-joining Oliver Wyman in 2021, he was Head of Transformation at Bank of New York Mellon and Head of Enterprise Change Management at Wells Fargo. He has a B.A.Sc. in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a B. A. also from the University of Waterloo.
