Katherine Byne Assoc Cipd

Katherine Byne, Assoc CIPD, has extensive experience in student development and retail management. Currently serving as a Student Development Assistant at The Basildon Academies since January 2022, Katherine focuses on supporting students to overcome barriers to learning. Prior to this role, Katherine held various positions at Blacks Outdoor Retail Limited from 2010 to 2021, including Retail Store Manager and Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed payroll, performance management, recruitment, and training. Katherine also gained valuable experience at Blacks Leisure Group, serving as an Assistant Manager and Store Supervisor. Katherine holds a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Practice, Level 3, from South East Essex College and an HND in Performing Arts Theatre from the University of Essex.
