Paul Colucci

Paul Colucci is an experienced finance professional with an extensive background in investment banking and corporate governance. Currently serving as a board member for Metatek, Chemical Evolution, Cleantek Industries Inc., and NuWave Industries, as well as a board observer for The Bayou Companies, Colucci is also a co-founder and managing partner at PillarFour Capital Partners Inc. Previously, leadership roles include CEO and Managing Director at Dundee Corporation and Managing Director at Stifel Financial Corp. and Thomas Weisel Partners, where Colucci played a significant role in energy investment banking. Colucci holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the Haskayne School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
