Carol Allen

Carol Allen is the current Director at The Bays Healthcare Group. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Sapphire International Holdings from January 2015 to December 2020. During their time there, they explored opportunities to develop a JV company in China providing a range of aged care services to the aging Chinese population. Before that, they were the Director of Sapphire Holdings Group from April 2005 to January 2020. Sapphire Holdings Group is a large shareholder of Blue Cross, which operates aged care services to over 2500 clients and residents in Melbourne Australia. Additionally, Sapphire Aged Care, which is wholly owned by Sapphire Holdings Group, operates 10 aged care residences across the Melbourne area. Carol’s aim is to change the way aged care services are delivered so that their clients and residents feel empowered engaged and continue to enjoy life. Prior to their work in aged care, Carol was the CEO of Kindergarten Parents Victoria from April 1993 to June 2003.

Carol Allen has a B.ed from the University of Melbourne in education and health. Carol also went to general smuts high school.
