Dbia Damian Hamlin

Damian Hamlin, DBIA, currently serves as the Director of Integrated Design at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., a position held since May 2019, where the focus is on high-power design and construction team collaboration, fostering positive relationships with design partners, and enabling efficient project performance for clients. Additionally, Damian has been with The Beck Group since May 2000, holding roles as Project Executive and Associate Principal, overseeing the delivery of design and construction services across multiple projects while managing both architectural and construction perspectives. Damian earned a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from Virginia Tech between 1996 and 2001.
