Lillian Chege

Lillian W. Chege has been a proud member of the Berkeley Carroll community since 2015. Her daughter, Olivia, is currently in the Fifth Grade. Professionally, Lillian is a consultant in the social impact space. She works closely with family offices to structure philanthropic spend and develop global interventions that aim to secure the social and economic resilience of individuals and communities. She is a passionate advocate for equity and has led interventions in Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, and the United States; primarily focused on youth employment/workforce development, education, and women's economic empowerment. As an active member of the BC Community, she served two years as Lower School Vice President for the Parents Association and as a non-trustee on multiple committees/task forces.
