George Forbes

George Forbes has extensive experience in athletic coaching and photography. Since November 2017, George has served as an Assistant Coach at Stratton Mountain School, focusing on workouts, competition preparation, and youth engagement in sports. Concurrently, George has been a Freelance Photographer for New England Newspapers, Inc., providing contributions to various publications, including UpCountry. Previously, George held coaching roles at Burr and Burton Academy for Nordic Ski and Cross Country teams from November 2015 to October 2017. Additionally, George worked as a Rental Associate and Ski Instructor at Viking Nordic Center from November 2007 to March 2017, where responsibilities included outfitting skiers and delivering ski lessons. George earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies from Castleton University in 2015.
