Ivy K.

Ivy K. has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Ivy began their career in 2000 as a Human Resources Business Partner at Grupo Fleury and later worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Grupo Foco. In 2006, they joined Faurecia and served in various roles such as Human Resources Business Partner, Headquarters and Site HR Manager for South America, and Head of Culture, Talent, and Communication for LATAM. At Faurecia, Ivy was responsible for talent acquisition, training and development processes, and overseeing regional programs for young graduates. In 2018, they joined EFF'INNOV Technologies as the Head of Human Resources, where they focused on talent management, people development, and internal communication. Currently, Ivy is the Head of Talent, Leadership & Learning - Europe South West at The Berner Group.

Ivy K. has a diverse education history. In 2017, they completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management. Prior to that, in 2015, Ivy pursued a Pos graduation in Psycodrama from FEBRAP - Potenciar. In the same year, they also attended Fundação Dom Cabral for a course titled "Finance for non Financial." In 2008, Ivy pursued an MBA in Business and Strategie /Financial Services Marketing Operations from Universidade Federal do Paraná. Lastly, they completed their undergraduate degree in Psycology from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo between 1995 and 2000.
