Jessica Fisher

Jessica Fisher is a seasoned professional in customer experience, currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Associate at both The Black Tux and Marke since 2021 and 2023 respectively. Prior experience includes roles as Account Luxury Manager, Senior Customer Service Representative, and Customer Service Specialist at The RealReal from 2015 to 2021. Jessica also worked as an Asset Protection Investigator at Saks Fifth Avenue and held positions in loss prevention and receiving at Neiman Marcus between 2010 and 2014. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology and Criminal Justice from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus and participated in a study abroad program at Wroxton College, focusing on the comparison of British and U.S. law, as well as completing a summer program in airbrushing and design at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
