Showroom Operations

The Showroom Operations team at The Black Tux is responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional in-person customer experience from the moment clients walk in. Led by the Vp of Showroom Experience, the team—which includes the Showroom Manager and Showroom Associate—handles everything from daily operations and inventory management to personalized fittings and styling advice, ensuring that each customer leaves with a perfectly fitted rental suit or tuxedo.
