Sarah Pick's work experience begins in 1999 as a Channel Marketing Manager at HP Bulmer. Sarah then worked as a Brand and Innovation Manager at Bulmers from 2000 to 2003. From 2003 to 2004, they served as a Senior Innovation Manager at Sainsbury's. Sarah joined Britvic PLC in 2004, where they held various roles including Senior Innovation Manager, Head of Consumer Innovation, and Head of Marketing Commercial Programmes. Sarah took a maternity break from 2011 to 2012 and then worked as the Interim Head of Sweet Innovation at Premier Foods from 2012 to 2013. Sarah became the Head of Innovation at Save the Children UK in 2013, leading a team to develop new prototypes and products. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Freelance Innovation and Marketing Consultant, working with various businesses on innovation and marketing strategies. Sarah then joined The Blair Partnership in 2019 as the Head of Product Development for the Wizarding World franchise, eventually becoming the Chief Brand and Product Officer.
