The Bluebird Group is a manufacturer’s representative and consulting firm serving as an invaluable partner to some of the most innovative brands and multinational retailers. We are seeking a Channel Management Analyst to work on our Google team. 

While Bluebird does have offices in Minnesota and Arkansas, we are not currently requiring this position to be in-person.

JOB DUTIES

  • End-to-End Promo Management

    • Handle internal Salesforce inputs (Parent/Child), forecasting, and contract execution
    • Track and reconcile promo results in collaboration with internal teams
    • Complete post-audit reconciliation as needed, tracking and ensuring all PO’s are processed and delivered
  • CPFR Management Support

    • Participate in weekly calls with internal and external CPFR partners
    • Conduct weekly inventory reviews w/ RDP and Sales as needed
  • Sales Reporting Support

    • Track weekly and quarterly POD level sales
    • Pull and distribute necessary sales/in-stock reports
    • Update launch trackers and sales trackers
  • Promodome Management

    • Maintain promodomes with the latest promo calendars
    • Flag promo lift discrepancies
    • Enter Salesforce Promo IDs into promodome for tracking
    • Actualize campaigns and maintain Salesforce estimates tab
    • Support CBM with promo budget governance
    • Work with Sales Ops to fix promodome piping issues (i.e. formula errors, etc)
  • Promo Modeling

    • Support CBM in modeling budget scenarios
  • Ad Hoc Requests

    • Analyze sales results and return data

    • Pull data and create decks for presentations

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3-5 years of sales management, business development, or partner management experience in an Internet, software platform, or consumer electronics company

Preferred:

  • Experience with selling consumer electronics to retailers and/or carriers.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level and to successfully launch new products in the market.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, solve problems, and scale effectively across a large organization.
  • Excellent communication and business analysis skills. Ease with numbers, data visualization, executive presentations and narrative writing.
