Melanie Solomon is the Managing Director at The Blueshirt Group. Melanie has over 10 years of experience in the wine industry, including positions as an Assistant Winemaker and Marketing Manager.

Solomon began their career in the wine industry as an intern at Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard in 2009. Melanie was promoted to Assistant Winemaker in 2010 and oversaw all aspects of winemaking, from production to marketing. In 2011, they left Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard to become the Marketing Manager at the San Francisco Wine Center.

At the San Francisco Wine Center, Solomon utilized their communications experience and wine knowledge to market the wine center through the development of messaging and strategy to grow the customer base. Melanie engaged in strategic communications through a strong online presence, writing copy for the company website, blog, social media, and collateral materials.

In their current role as Managing Director at The Blueshirt Group, Melanie Solomon is responsible for leading a team of account managers and executing communications strategies for technology companies.

Melanie Solomon has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Cornell University and a Certificate in Wine & Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
