Doug Harvey

Doug Harvey is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Attorney At Law at The Blum Firm, P.C. since August 2022. Previously, Doug held significant roles as General Counsel and Managing Director, Legal at both NewPoint Real Estate Capital and Barings Multifamily Capital LLC from April 2014 to October 2021 and April 2014 to June 2021, respectively, overseeing all legal affairs and advising on corporate governance matters. Doug has also served as Assistant General Counsel/Senior Vice President at Citigroup from March 2011 to April 2014, and has practiced law at the Law Office of Douglas W. Harvey and Haynes and Boone, LLP. Doug earned a Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2007 following a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University in 2001.
