Faten Akl

Faten Akl is an experienced hospitality professional with a focus on restaurant management and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Restaurants at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since March 2023, Faten has previously held various management positions, including Restaurant Manager at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts and Outlet Manager at The St. Regis Doha. Faten’s extensive background in the food and beverage sector began with roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, contributing to pre-opening teams and progressing from Food and Beverage Supervisor to Assistant Manager. Early career experience includes serving as a Food and Beverage Server at IHG Hotels and Resorts. Faten holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Arab Open University in Lebanon.
