Emily Haupt has extensive work experience in talent strategies, organizational development, and training. Emily started their career as a Training Specialist at M&I Bank in 2000, where they developed and implemented corporate training programs. Emily then moved on to Aurora Health Care as a Senior Training Specialist, coordinating and teaching software training classes. In 2005, they returned to M&I Bank as an Assistant Vice President, managing talent development and implementing change management strategies. Emily then joined Bank of Montreal as an Assistant Vice President, Senior Learning Consultant, where they worked with executives to design and implement learning strategies. In 2013, they became an Adjunct Faculty at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Nicolet National Bank as an Organizational Development Manager, responsible for managing talent development and engagement programs. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Talent Strategies at The Boldt Company, where they oversee talent strategies and organizational development.

Emily Haupt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication & Business from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Emily then went on to obtain a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership and Adult Education also from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Emily has obtained several certifications. These include the Leadership Circle Profile from The Leadership Circle in May 2019, the Drake P3 Assessment from Predictive Performance International in October 2017, the Oracle Applications Customer Connect - Green Ribbon Member from Oracle in July 2016, the Culture Index Assessment from Culture Index in May 2014, the The Birkman Method Assessment from Birkman International in April 2012, the Prosci Change Management from Prosci in September 2010, the Korn/ Ferry Lominger Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry in April 2008, and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) from CPP, Inc. in March 2006.
