Tarik Kelestemur has a strong background in computer engineering and electrical and computer engineering. Currently employed as an Applied Scientist at The Boston Dynamics AI Institute, with previous experience in machine learning engineering and research in visual and tactile perception methods. Kelestemur has worked on a variety of projects involving robotics and artificial intelligence, from developing SLAM algorithms for mobile robots to shaping estimation methods for humanoid robots. With a solid educational foundation including a PhD in Computer Engineering, Kelestemur continues to make significant contributions to the field of robotics and artificial intelligence.
