Madeline McManus

Maddie has worked for The Bowdoin Group since 2015 where she now serves as a Senior Research Manager on their Research team for the Software & Technology and FinTech verticals. In this role, she works closely with the managing directors and consultants, managing candidate sourcing, logistics, and market/company research for multiple retained searches and projects at a time, ensuring that all deadlines are met. Additionally, she provides detailed reporting on overall progress across all searches along with custom reporting and insights for clients.

Before joining The Bowdoin Group, Maddie worked as an Americorps Fellow at the Phoenix Charter Academy in Lawrence, MA.

She received her B.A. in Comparative Human Development from the University of Chicago where she was Vice President and Director of Social Events of the Women’s Athletic Association.
