Brooke Rowlette possesses extensive experience in various roles within the culinary and branding industries. Currently serving as a Summer Intern at The BrandLab and Yamamoto since June 2019, Brooke has also held the position of Flight Kitchen Manager at Atikis Flight Catering from February 2017 to the present. Previous internships include a role at 3M during the summer of 2018 and another summer internship at The BrandLab in the same year. Prior experience includes working as a Catering Supervisor at Sodexo from March 2015 to April 2016 and as a Dietary Aide at Walker Methodist from February 2014 to December 2014. Brooke holds an Associate's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from St. Paul Technical College, completed between 2017 and 2020.
