Frank Kovacs

Frank Kovacs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Frank has held positions in various companies including Sutherland, where they served as a Global Digital Business Executive & TPMO, overseeing strategy development, product management, and technology convergence. Frank also led the Technology Strategic Initiative PMO to improve service delivery process and project management.

Frank founded The Breakfast Club NJ, a networking group that provides job search support and methodologies. Frank has helped over 7,500 individuals in their job search process.

Frank has also served as a Board Member for the Society for Information Management (SIM), an association of IT executives and thought leaders that promote the effective use of information technology and IT leadership development.

In their previous roles at Ernst & Young, The McGraw Hill Companies, GSI Commerce/EBay Enterprises, and other companies, Frank has contributed to various initiatives such as cloud advisory, technology strategy, planning, and sourcing, as well as enterprise architecture and service management improvement.

Frank Kovacs, CRISC CDPSE, obtained a Masters degree in Corporate Governance from Tulane University Law School in 2004 and a Masters degree in Contract Management from Villanova University in the same year. Frank also holds a Masters degree in IT Project Management from The George Washington University, completed between 1989 and 1991. Their undergraduate education includes a BS in Commerce with a major in Accounting and a major in Computer Engineering, both obtained from Rider University between 1980 and 1984. Additionally, they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at South River High School in 1980. Frank Kovacs received the Certified Data Privacy Solution Engineer (CDPSE) certification from ISACA in 2021 and the Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certification in 2011, both of which were obtained from ISACA. Frank has also obtained several other certifications, including CRISC, Series 7, Series 66, NJ Health and Life, IVI-ITCMF Level 3, SSMBB, Notary Public NJ, CCNA, and was granted Top Secret Clearance in 2012 while working on a NASA project for EY.
