Oscar Juarez is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious dining establishments. Currently serving as the Restaurant Chef at The Briar Club since June 2023, Oscar previously held the position of Chef De Partie at The Bastion Collection from April 2021 to May 2024. Prior roles include Cook 2 at Walt Disney World from June 2019 to March 2023, where Oscar played a pivotal role in preparing food for the high-volume Epcot park, catering to 45,000-65,000 guests daily. Additional experience includes Cook II at The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston and Pastry Cook at FIG & OLIVE, among other culinary positions. Oscar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institutes, completed in 2019.

Chartered in 1949, The Briar Club remains a prominent city club for many reasons. The Briar Club is a private membership club and is owned by its Equity members.
