Jenny Outhwaite

Jenny Outhwaite is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Senior HR Consultant at Briars since September 2025, Jenny previously held the position of Head of People and Change (interim) at Sale Sharks Rugby Club, where a comprehensive HR strategy was crafted for the sports club's growth and team engagement. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at DML Consulting and Divisional HR Business Partner for the Manchester Centre of Clinical Neurosciences at Northern Care Alliance NHS Group. With a career foundation at PwC over 16 years in various HR capacities, Jenny holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from The University of Salford and a BA Hons in Business Studies with a HR specialization from Liverpool John Moores University.
