Leah Ritsema

Leah Ritsema Olson is a Senior Associate Recruiter and Business Development specialist at The Bridger Group, focusing on commercial furniture and interiors since August 2020. Recognized for outstanding performance, Leah earned the Monthly Goal Buster Award in March 2024, was ranked #38 in the Sanford Rose Associates recruiting network in 2023, and previously ranked #15 in 2022. Leah's achievements include multiple President's Club awards and exceeding yearly goals significantly. Prior to The Bridger Group, Leah worked at Madcap Coffee Company, starting as a Barista and advancing to Operations Manager and Account Manager, where notable contributions included managing substantial wholesale revenue and implementing operational efficiencies. Leah is a Purdue University graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision and was a four-time Big Ten Distinguished Scholar Athlete on the Purdue Women's Varsity Swim Team.
