Maya Buki Dabby

Maya Buki Dabby is senior director of development at The Bridgespan Group. She leads efforts to facilitate philanthropic gifts and grants that advance Bridgespan’s mission and strategy. Prior to her current role, Maya was a consultant at Bridgespan, working with nonprofit and philanthropy clients to increase their impact.

Prior to joining Bridgespan in 2016, Maya spent more than a decade in fundraising, first on political campaigns and then in private equity. She has a deep passion for civic engagement and has worked on several local, state, and national races. In the 2012 election cycle, as director of donor relations, she developed high dollar donor cultivation and stewardship programs for a presidential campaign.

Maya earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MEd in postgraduate administration and student affairs as well as a BA in international relations from The University of Southern California. She, her husband Uriel, and their two energetic sons live outside of Boston.
