Brian Cohen

Brian Cohen has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as the Assistant Food Service Director at The Bristal Assisted Living since June 2019. Prior to this role, Brian worked as a Crew Chief at JKings from January 2012 to June 2019 and gained experience as an Assistant Banquet Chef at Hamlet Willow Creek Golf & Country Club from November 2006 to December 2012. Brian holds an Associate's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Nassau Community College, complemented by studies at the New York Institute of Technology between 1994 and 1999.
