Emmie Harrison-West

Emmie Harrison-West is a Digital Content Consultant at Aegon UK since September 2024 and serves as the Deputy Chair and Board Director of The British Guild of Beer Writers since July 2023. Previously, Emmie worked as a Columnist for Metro from April 2022 to April 2024 and as a Commissioning Editor for Future, overseeing content for magazines such as Chat and Woman's Own from March 2019 to April 2021. A strong writing background includes roles as a Features Writer at TI Media and SWNS Media Group, where Emmie contributed to notable publications. Emmie's journalism training was completed with an NCTJ certificate through Press Association in 2015. Emmie holds an MA Hons in English Language from the University of Glasgow, earned in 2015.
