The British Guild of Beer Writers was formed in 1988 to help spread the word about beers, brewing and pubs.

Somewhere in these pages, you will find a beer professional who can answer any questions you have, produce any articles you need, take any photos you require and generally inform you about any and all aspects of this popular and extraordinary product.

Beer is a subject extraordinarily well served by its affiliated journalists, in whatever media they operate. The quality of writing of beer journalists and the broad social canvas open which they sketch are remarkable.

The Guild’s hope is that the public is given every opportunity to learn this and first hand from its members – and that the public can read, listen and view as frequently as possible how beer is flourishing in Britain today.
