Rose Grissell has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Rose started their career as a Fundraising Support Executive at Connect - the communication disability network in 2009. Later, they worked as a Fundraiser - Individual Giving in the same organization. In 2011, Rose joined I CAN as a Major Donor and Special Events Manager. Following this, they joined Samaritans as a Philanthropy Manager in 2015. In 2016, Rose joined The Lord Mayor's Appeal as a Project and Communication Manager, where they led the award-winning 'This is Me' Campaign and the Power of Diversity Seminar Series. In 2018, they worked as a Steering Group Member at Heads Together - Mental Health at Work. Currently, Rose is serving as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at the British Horseracing Authority.
From 2004 to 2007, Rose Grissell attended the University of Exeter, where they pursued a degree in Geography. Rose successfully completed their studies and obtained a 2:1 degree classification.
