Conrad Blackburn

Conrad Blackburn is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Policy Counsel and Staff Attorney in both the Criminal Defense and Immigration Practices at The Bronx Defenders since September 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Student Attorney in the Criminal Division at Law Students in Court, and Summer Law Clerk positions at the Federal Public Defender and Office of the Public Defender Maryland. Additionally, Conrad held a Legal Intern position at Americans for Democracy and Human Rights in Bahrain and interned with the Florida Office of the Attorney General. Earlier work experience includes roles as a Sales Associate at GNC, Security Technician at Vivint, and Delivery Driver at NAPA AUTO PARTS. Conrad holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School, with further studies in international human rights law at the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, and Philosophy from the University of South Florida.
