Zoe Russell

Zoe Russell is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in family law and policy advocacy. Currently serving as Policy Counsel at The Bronx Defenders, Zoe previously held the position of Family Practice Area Head at Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, where responsibilities included fostering a strong community of law students. Zoe served as a Student Attorney, representing low-income clients in Family and Probate Courts, and contributed to various community lawyering efforts. Other relevant internships include roles at Neighborhood Defender Service, Fragomen, and Harvard Education Clinic. Zoe obtained a Doctor of Law from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor's Degree from Bucknell University, where a focus on sociology, English-Creative Writing, and Italian Studies was established.
