Sophia Gurulé

Sophia Gurulé is an accomplished attorney currently serving as a Senior Staff Attorney and Senior Policy Counsel at The Bronx Defenders, focusing on the New York Immigrant Family Unity Project since September 2017. Prior legal experience includes roles as a Legal Intern with the Southern Poverty Law Center's Immigrant Justice Project and the Sylvia Rivera Law Project, as well as student internships at the Kathryn O.
