Kevin Sippel has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Executive Chef at The Buffalo Club since April 2017. Prior to this role, Kevin held similar positions at Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen from May 2014 to April 2017, and at Italian Wine Merchants from November 2007 to May 2014. Kevin's career includes key culinary positions such as Chef De Cuisine at Alto and Executive Sous Chef at L’Impero. Early experience includes roles as Chef De Partie at La Caravelle and The Carlton Tower Jumeirah. Kevin's culinary education includes studies at Institut Lyfe, ICIF - Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners, and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from SUNY Cobleskill.
