Monica Portillo has been working in the industry since 2018. Monica began their career at Amazon.com as a Customer Service Representative, where they managed customer calls and emails, recommended products and services to customers, and consistently achieved and exceeded their weekly goals through product and service promotion. In 2018, they took on the role of Public Relations Representative at Mott & Bow, where they managed the M&B influencers program, searched for adequate influencers, sent them gifts, followed-up with them on how their products worked out, and established and maintained relationships with influencers for possible future collaborations. In 2021, they joined Washify Services LLC as a Tech Support Level 1 and Executive Personal Assistant, where they managed the workflow of the CEO of the company, planned private events and trips for the company and customers, planned upcoming board meetings with informative presentations, and took notes at internal and external meetings. Currently, Monica is working at The BuildClub as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, and at Collab Foods as a Project Manager - Virtual Assistant.

Monica Portillo attended Universidad Privada de San Pedro Sula - USAP from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. Monica then continued their education at Odisee, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Marketing from 2022 to 2025.
