Lou Friscoe

Lou Friscoe, MSM, is a Senior Program Manager at The Building People since December 2019, bringing extensive experience in strategic, operations, and program management, along with expertise as a Lean Six Sigma Analyst and military veteran with an Active Secret Security Clearance. As a Professor at the University of Arkansas, Lou teaches courses in Maintenance Management, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Management, and Industrial Safety and Health Regulations within the Master of Science in Operations Management Program. Previous roles in the US Navy included Command Senior Enlisted Leader and various leadership positions focused on personnel management, financial decision-making, and aircraft maintenance, showcasing strong leadership skills and a commitment to operational excellence. Lou holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
