Mark Stoughton

Mark Stoughton is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in environmental policy and management. Currently serving as Principal and Senior Associate at The Cadmus Group, Inc. since November 2004, Mark has previously held positions as a Visiting Researcher at the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies from June 2003 to February 2007, and as a Senior Scientist at the Tellus Institute from 1998 to 2005. Mark's early career includes a role as a Peace Corps Volunteer with the Ghana Education Service from 1990 to 1992. Academically, Mark holds a Ph.D. in Technology, Management and Policy, focusing on Industrial Development and Environmental Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a Master's Degree in Dual Masters: Civil & Environmental Engineering and Technology and Policy from the same institution. Mark completed a Bachelor's Degree in Physics at the University of Virginia.
