Meghan Nichols

Meghan Nichols is an accomplished user research professional with extensive experience in leading user research initiatives across various technology and design sectors. Currently serving as User Research Lead at The Cadmus Group, Meghan leads a team focused on the development of a cloud-based application for The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare (CMS) using qualitative research methodologies. Previously, Meghan held similar roles at Ventera and Lumen Technologies, directing user research and testing activities for diverse applications. Earlier career positions include UX Researcher at BD, where Meghan spearheaded user research for a diabetes management mobile application, and Senior User Researcher at Cvent, where methodologies were developed for enterprise web applications. Meghan began a professional journey in design and marketing, with foundational roles in graphic design and program management, culminating in a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from James Madison University.
