Abraham Hernandez

Program Associate at The California Community Foundation

Abraham Hernandez is the direct assistant to Maria Cabildo, Director of Housing and Economic Opportunity. Abraham also supports the program officers in the HEO team with convening logistics, the HEO budget for grantmaking, and managing team deadlines. He also is involved in Digital Equity and Latino Homelessness work by attending events and webinars.

Prior to joining CCF, Abraham Hernandez worked in interim housing for the Salvation Army. He saw the homelessness crisis firsthand at the interim housing site, where many people from different backgrounds faced the same issue.

Abraham holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University.
