Luis M. Rodriguez

Program Manager, Civic Engagement at The California Community Foundation

Luis M. Rodriguez supports the Public Policy & Civic Engagement team in managing collaborative efforts across various partners and projects including the Statewide COVID Outreach Program, Regional Recovery Hubs, and Civic Engagement.

Prior to joining CCF, Rodriguez served as the Volunteer & Community Engagement Manager at TreePeople where he helped weave education, engagement, empowerment, and environment through community-based initiatives and experiences throughout Los Angeles County and Southern California. Rodriguez also sits on the Metro Sustainability Council and is a board member of the American Planning Association, Los Angeles.

Rodriguez graduated from California State University, Northridge with a bachelor’s degree in Chicana/o Studies and a master’s degree in Chicana/o Studies with an emphasis on Black and Brown Relations in Los Angeles. Rodriguez also completed a second master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Southern California.
