Kate Kiernan

Kate Kiernan is an experienced professional in journalism and community fundraising, currently serving as the Community Fundraising Coordinator at Cancer Council NSW since May 2022. Formerly, Kiernan held the position of Community Relations Coordinator at the same organization. Earlier roles include journalist positions at PRIME7 and The Daily Telegraph - News Corp Australia, where coverage focused on a variety of topics including court proceedings and local issues. Additionally, Kiernan worked in customer service at OrotonGroup and held several reporting and content creation roles at various media outlets, including the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia and The Phoenix News.
