Ben Roskam

Ben Roskam is an experienced professional in recruitment and management, currently serving as a Corporate Recruiter at The Car Park since July 2022, where collaboration with hiring managers focuses on connecting employees for various events. Previously, Ben held roles such as Kitchen Manager at Hope Ministries, where leadership of residents and volunteers enhanced community engagement, and Corporate Trainer at CoreLife Eatery, where Ben implemented standardized systems across locations. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc., overseeing financials and operations, as well as working as a Sous/Banquet Chef at Sunnybrook Country Club.
