Hanin Benchohra is an experienced educator with a strong background in teaching and academic mentorship. Currently serving as Lead Teacher at The Carey School since August 2020, Hanin has previously held roles including Associate Teacher and Teaching Associate at the same institution, as well as teaching positions at the Chinese American International School and Yaseen Foundation. Hanin has also contributed to professional development as the Director of External Affairs at American Muslim Professional Development, where responsibilities included mentoring students and organizing professional workshops. With a Master's degree in Elementary Education from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley, Hanin combines educational expertise with a commitment to fostering student growth and engagement.
