Mariana Gauer Correia

Mariana Gauer Correia has extensive experience in the social impact sector, currently serving as an Analista de Monitoramento e Avaliação de Impacto Social at The Caring Family Foundation since April 2023. Mariana has been an Educadora e Monitora at ESCOLA DE IMPACTO since January 2022, facilitating the development of socio-environmental impact projects using Design Thinking methods. Prior experience includes working as an Analista de Projetos Sociais at Alia from July 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities involved managing volunteer journeys, engaging with civil society organizations, and creating volunteer opportunities. Mariana also held the role of Estagiária de Projetos at Alia and served as Coordenadora pedagógica at Cursinho FEAUSP from April 2018 to July 2020, along with a role as Projetista de consultoria at FEA Social USP in 2018. Mariana earned a Bachelor's degree in Contabilidade from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2018 and 2021.
