Anna-Louise Oliver is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in investment law and corporate governance. Currently serving as General Counsel (Europe) and Managing Director at The Carlyle Group since October 2014, Anna-Louise has risen through the ranks from Vice President to Director/Principal and now Managing Director. Prior to this role, Anna-Louise gained valuable experience as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from August 2011 to October 2014, and as a Solicitor at Buddle Findlay from January 2008 to April 2011. Anna-Louise holds an LLB/BA degree in Spanish from the University of Otago and a BA in Art History and History from Universidad Autonoma, Madrid.
