Dave Kingery

Dave Kingery has extensive experience in the real estate and investment sectors, holding key positions at various organizations. At The Carlyle Group, Dave served as a Senior Advisor and Managing Director from October 2006 until retirement. Prior roles include Vice President and Director of Operations at CarrAmerica and Principal at ZKS Real Estate Partners. Dave's earlier experience features roles as Asset Manager at both RREEF and Piedmont Realty Advisors, as well as Portfolio Manager at Consolidated Capital. Educational background includes an MSIA from Purdue University's Daniels School of Business and a BS in Chemistry from UC Santa Barbara.
