Robert Cigliano

Robert Cigliano, ITIL 4 and PMP certified, is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise IT service management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Enterprise IT Service Management Lead at The Carlyle Group since September 2014, Robert has implemented significant changes in Release Management practices, overhauled Change Management policies, and enhanced the ServiceNow platform. Prior to this role, Robert held various senior positions at Citi, including SVP Project Manager and Head of Technology Operations, where responsibilities included managing data center migrations and overseeing global operations support teams. Robert also has experience as Release Manager at Aurora Software/Ion Trading and IT Project Manager at Credit Suisse, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Smith Barney. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Pace University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Science from Nassau Community College.
