Rosie Conder

Rosie Conder, CFA, currently serves as the Sustainability Lead - Credit at The Carlyle Group since November 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Responsible Investment Manager at Mercer from September 2014 to August 2021, where responsibilities included advising multinational clients on global pension and investment arrangements. Between September 2021 and October 2024, Rosie was on gardening leave after completing a notice period at Manulife | CQS Investment Management. Additional experience includes various roles at Mercer such as Senior Investment Analyst and Investment Analyst, alongside participation in a business development secondment with the Europac Rotation Programme in Paris. Early career experience includes an internship at Mercer and a position as a Student Brand Manager at EY. Rosie holds a BSc in Mathematics with Finance from the University of Liverpool, completed in 2014. Recognized strengths include teamwork, communication, relationship building, planning and organization, as well as a strong willingness to learn and improve.
