Vince Donato

Vince Donato is an experienced business consultant and operations executive with a strong background in process management and performance improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Business Consultant at The Carnrite Group since April 2019, Vince previously held the positions of COO at KeyCentrix, LLC from 2014 to 2016, and Business Consultant at The Carnrite Group from August 2013 to August 2014, where significant process management consulting was provided for Chesapeake Energy. Prior roles include Chief Operations Officer at Amstar Litigation, focusing on legal outsourcing processes, and Principal at Thomas Group, delivering operations management consulting for Fortune 1000 companies. Vince also has extensive experience as Vice-President of Operations at Crenlo and President of VADCO Inc., alongside an early career as an Experimental Test Engineer at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft. Vince holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and an MBA from Western New England University.
