Staci Kolko has a range of work experience in the field of behavioral health and special education. Staci is currently working as a Clinic Director at Kind Behavioral Health. Prior to that, they worked as a Clinical Director and BCBA at Solving Autism, LLC, where they provided services to individuals with Autism and focused on education and promoting independence. Staci also has experience as a Special Needs Coordinator at Canadian International School Abu Dhabi. In addition, Staci worked at The New England Center for Children as a Senior Classroom Teacher and ABA Therapist, where they designed education and behavior plans, trained staff, conducted assessments, and collaborated with parents and faculty.
Staci Kolko has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School, which they obtained from 2020 to 2023. Staci also holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University, earned from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, Staci has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Special Education and Teaching from Simmons College Graduate Studies, completed from 2013 to 2017. Staci holds a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Behavior Management from Florida Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Special Education and Teaching from the University of Hartford.
